Install and Directions:
Extract respawn.cfg to c:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/user@server.com/counter-strike/cstrike...
after you have done that go into the game and type "exec respawn.cfg".. Once you die wait 5 seconds
and hit j to spawn as a ct, k to spawn on a random team, and l to spawn as a t. If you try to join
a team that is full you will not be able to respawn that round and will have to wait till the next round to spawn.
