INTRODUCTION:

MapGen is a trainer/Direct 3D Hook built for the great C&C Generals v1.7 & C&C Generals Zero Hour 1.2 by Electronic Arts. It includes many cheats that work online in multiplayer games, including a MapHack which reveals all buildings and units on the map even in parts on the map where it is not yet discovered. MapGen v1.7 will only work for version 1.7 of C&C Generals and 1.02 of Zero Hour, if you attempt to use it with another version of generals it will either crash the game, cause a mismatch online, or do nothing.


The Cheats:

MapGen currently only has multiplayer cheats. To enable any cheat, press the insert key and a menu should pop up. From this menu, use the arrow keys to choose the cheat you want to enable/disable and press enter. If you want to close the cheat menu, you can press the insert key again to close the window.

Currently MapGen has the following cheats:

Map Hack: Reveals units and buildings on the map even if you have not discovered the full map. Buildings that are behind the fog of war cannot be targeted due to mismatch reasons.

Radar Hack: Gives you the radar instantly without the need to purchase it (usefull mainly for gla)

FIXED: The radar will now stay on after you have been powered down.

Reveal Stealth Units: Yep, this is the first online working stealth unit detector. All stealth units will be revealed, the only downside is that you cannot target Stealth units that are stealthed when using this cheat (Possible Mismatch reasons).

Display Player Stats: This is a rare cheat made for strategy games, but I decided it would be fun to include it in. This cheat allows you to see how much money every player has in the game and how many units they have created. I was going to include the ability to see who the most likely winner was, but I scraped it in the end.

Team Hack: Oh yes, this cheat is a beauty. It could be very effective if EA didn’t make it so that the first 25 secs of a game didn’t count. Basically if you host a game, you can change any players that has joined your games setup (in this menu, their team) WITHOUT THEM KNOWING. In order for the player to not see the setup you have change them too, YOU CAN ONLY change their setup when they have clicked the accept button. You can still change their setup if they have not accepted, it just means they will see you changing it.

Army Hack: Same as above, but to change their army.

Color Hack: Same as Above, but to change their color.

MapGen Snake: Not a hack, but a game that can be played while generals is running. Great if you are bored waiting for players in the game room. Use the arrow keys to control the snake. There is no scoreboard yet.

Civilian Hack: This cheat was discovered accidentally and ONLY works with generals not zero hour. Basically the cheat puts you (or any player you want) in observer mode, but when everyone dies, if you are the only enemy left, the game will not end, You are undefeatable. In fact, the enemy cannot kill you because you don’t have any unit on the map! The enemy will most likely leave the game and you get a free win  This cheat is activated by using the army hack and selecting the “civilian” army to the player you want to use the cheat on.
